Our online training is also available for customer use. This can be used for system setup, quote agreements, product training, or product demonstrations.

Below we've outlined an easy step-by-step process to begin and setup your conference with Skype:
|

|
|
When you're finished installing the program and setting up your free account, on the main screen, click the "Add" button under the contacts tab to find/add a new contact. This is where you will search/find a member of the TBSI team to begin video conferencing.
|
|
|
|
|
Now you can type in the TBSI member's email address and click "Find" to begin searching for them. At this point, their contact information should populate and you will be able to proceed to the next step.
|

|
|
|
When you see the desired team members name show up, click "Add Skype Contact" and their name will appear under your contacts list. This name will stay in the list and you should only have to do this once. It is from here that you will make contact with the TBSI team member to begin conferencing.

|
|
Now that you have a contact in your list, click the green phone button to connect via internet telephone and you are finished with the setup process.
